Do not receive access to the application via e-mail

I'm interested in trying the SimplyClean Recipe App because I have celiac disease. I already subscribed to the app but haven't received an email to access it. The website says the email is sent after making a purchase, but I haven't received it yet. Has anyone experienced something similar? If so, please share your experience here.
