Do not receive access to the application via e-mail
I'm interested in trying the SimplyClean Recipe App because I have celiac disease. I already subscribed to the app but haven't received an email to access it. The website says the email is sent after making a purchase, but I haven't received it yet. Has anyone experienced something similar? If so, please share your experience here.

I understand your frustration. A few months ago, I had a similar experience when I renewed my subscription to the SimplyClean Recipe App. The email was also sent late to my inbox. I gave it a three-day waiting period, and it arrived on the second day after purchase. If you've been waiting longer, contact customer service and tell them about your complaint.
